TRANSPARENCY on the ORIGIN of OUR PRODUCTS
TDI guarantees the authenticity of all fossils for sale on this website. We do not sell reproductions or fake fossils.
All our products are guaranteed original. In case there minor repairs are applicable this is indicated in the product description. Our fossils are carefully prepared with great precision in our laboratory or in a specialized laboratory in the U.S.A.
TDI does not sell, trade or prepare Italian fossils. In Italy is forbidden to sell and dig Italian paleontological material "beni culturali e rientranti nei beni tutelati dalla normativa n.1089 dd 1 Giugno 1939". TDI di Gianpaolo Di Silvestro does not sell , trade or prepare paleo-antropologic fossils protected by United Nations regulations.
All fossils are imported and exported in accordance with Italian law.
METHOD OF PURCHASE
On trilobiti.com you can view the technical specifications of fossils and other products and buy them directly online.
All prices are in Euros and include VAT.
To purchase, add your favorite products in the shopping cart, and proceed by clicking the "Buy" button.
Choose your payment and shipping address, together with the conditions of sale which, if accepted, to confirm the order.
Shipping costs are highlighted in the formation of the total price of the order and vary according to the total weight and shipping method selected (standard or express). The total shipping costs will be indicated in your shopping cart before you finalise your purchase. After you have checked the specifications of the order and the correctness of the data entered, your order form will be sent to TDI Gianpaolo Di Silvestro. The prices of the products are as indicated on our website and will be confirmed to you in the order confirmation, which will be send to you via the e-mail address provided by you in your order. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. TDI may at any time refuse to accept your order. TDI reserves the right to modify the price of the products on offer through this website at any time and without prior notice. Changes in price will not affect your order once it is accepted and we have sent you an order confirmation e-mail.

The total sum of your purchase including shipping costs can be paid by using:

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
TDI delivers your purchases worldwide.
Our shipping partners are: DHL EXPRESS COURIER or POSTE ITALIANE
Delivery will be made by standard or express courier at your choice during normal business. Delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary due to local circumstances. Delivery charges may apply to your Order
Standard delivery: 5 – 7 working days
Express delivery: 1 – 3 working days
We will make any reasonable efforts to deliver the Goods within the delivery time specified. However, any delivery date or time specified is a best estimate only.
You will receive an Order Shipment Confirmation email.
If there is no one at the nominated delivery address who can accept delivery of Goods, the carrier will leave a notification card in your mail box. Title to and risk of loss in your Goods will pass to you on delivery.
TDI is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery.

WARRANTY
All products in our web shop are presented conform reality. The photos used are not manipulated with change(s) of color or aspect ratio etc..
Our Waranty is subject to Italian law. "Decreto legislativo del 06/09/2005, n.206 e successive integrazioni e modificazioni, relativo alla tutela del consumatore in materia di contratti a distanza il cliente ha decisione di avvalersi del diritto di recesso."
In case you have received the ordered good(s) and you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal without penalty and without giving any reason and request a refund within 14 calendar days of delivery of the Goods, provided that you return the Goods to us according to the procedure indicated. Goods must be sent in back in the original box. Shipping cost are recharged to the customer. You will be refunded afterwards.
APPLICABLE LAW
We will make every effort to perform our obligations under these Terms of Sale.
However, we cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to perform if such delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, explosion, flood, fire or accident; war or civil disturbance; strike, industrial action or stoppages of work; any form of government intervention; a third party act or omission; failure of our supplier(s); failure by you to give us a correct delivery address or notify us of any change of address, or a failure by you to affect payment.
We will inform you of any such unforeseen event as soon as possible after its occurrence and we will perform our obligations as soon as reasonably possible.
